Tofu

Before you start preparing any dishes using Tofu, you have to realize that regular white Tofu is of neutral, plain taste. To become tastier, it must be added some flavors. As Tofu conquers world markets, it takes over tastes and flavors of different nations. In Slovak recipes you will find Tofu tasting as goose meat, tofu cracklings to put on typical Slovak dumplings (halushky), etc. There are many different ways Tofu could be “turned into“, e.g. meat, soups, salads, spreads, various kinds of tofu dressing and mayonnaise as well as sweet tofu. There are definitely no limits when it comes to fantasy and imagination.
